From Fireground to Coach and Mentor

Making a positive difference and being of service has been a passion and calling for me throughout my life. In my 27+ years as a King County Firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), I've experienced high levels of intense stress and faced extreme adversity and challenges, both on and off the job.

g and continuous learning has been a valuable part of my own growth process, I'm honored to be in a position to assist people with defining their values and objectives as well as  providing  practical, pragmatic methods to help them live in alignment with them.

After I retired from my Fire Department/Emergency Medical career, my desire to be of service led me to the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) where I've received advanced training to help others clarify their objectives, remove self-limiting blocks, and enhance their ability to perform at their best. I use proven processes that are evidence-based and results driven. 

 I coach individuals, couples who may feel that they are not moving in the direction they desire, as well as professionals who need to perform with a high degree of confidence and expertise. I also offer career coaching and mentoring for firefighters and first responders.

A specific area I feel extremely passionate about is internal monologue and self-inquiry. I help people identify their inner speech (which is often unconscious and not helpful), assist in evaulating it's validity and efficacy and assist rewriting the script into one that better serves and empowers them.
